The building was completed in 2009 and the roof holds 800 photovoltaic panels installed by Loyalty One to supplement their electricity requirements. With frontage on Highway 401, 6696 Financial offers great visibility to the tenants. At this full-service building, a combination of skylights and large windows ensures natural light throughout all units and shaded outdoor seating enables employees to take a pleasant outdoor break in nice weather.

6775 Financial Drive

6775 Financial is a five-story, 125,000 sqft Class A office building occupied by Amgen Canada, Ryan ULC, Exceldor Foods and Keyence Canada Inc. Extremely efficient, both in terms of physical layout and energy conservation, the building was designed with 25,000 square foot floorplates with virtually column free space and exceeds Ashrae and CBIP energy efficiency targets with the latest in energy efficient lighting and controls technologies. Construction was completed in November 2007.

Site Plan approval is obtained to construct a second phase, twin building of 125,000 square feet to the west of this site, 6875 Financial Drive.

6897 Financial Drive

This six-storey, 152,000 sqft Class A office building is home to Maple Leaf Foods corporate office and its state of the art Culinary Centre, “ThinkFOOD” which provides a learning environment where product developers can innovate, develop, share and collaborate on food concepts and menu ideas. The building was completed in 2009.

6985 Financial Drive

This five-story Class A multi-tenant office building sits on the highly visible corner of Financial Drive and Derry Road.  The 180,000 sqft building has highly efficient 30,000 sqft floorplates organized around a central core. Maple Leaf Foods has occupied the first three floors since the building was constructed in 2006.

7125 Mississauga Road is a five-story, 126,000 sqft Class A office building, built in 2011.  The building achieved LEED-NC Gold certification, and features heat recovery, CO2 sensor control, variable frequency drives, water efficient fixtures and a cistern for harvesting rainwater.  The building is occupied by several tenants: Baxter Corporation, Pulse Micorsystems, and Ducharme, McMillan and Associates Canada.

With construction similar to 6950 and 6990 Creditview, the full height glass curtain walls allow for natural light in office areas, which are complemented by 24-foot clear heights in warehouse areas. A large truck court allows for full-sized trailers. Tenants at 6975 Creditview are St. Jude Medical Canada, Baxter Canada, Point Click Care, and Hino Motors of Canada.

6990 Creditview Road

6990 Creditview is at the corner of Derry and Creditview Road. Similar to 6950 and 6975 Creditview, the full height glass curtain walls, architectural precast, enhanced landscaped exteriors and ample parking, 6990 Creditview’s flex design allows for both pure office users, or a combined office and warehousing or light manufacturing operation.

The warehouse component of the buildings offer ESFR fire suppression, clear heights between 24’ and 28’ and column spacing suitable for most racking layouts, ample loading doors and separate large truck courts for full sized trailers.

6901/6911 Creditview Road

Tech Data is a state-of-the-art facility that comprises a stand-alone 2 storey office building of 70,000 sq. ft. and a warehouse/distribution centre of 250,000 sq.ft. with 30-foot clear heights. Tech Data distributes micro-computer related hardware and software products to value added resellers and retailers.

6955 Creditview Road

Completed in 2005, 6955 Creditview is the Canadian head office and distribution centre for Bosch Canada. There are two levels of office as well as warehouse with 30-foot clear heights.  The 176,000sqft building offers excellent access from Derry Road and Creditview Road and superior shipping access.

The Bosch Group manufactures and markets automotive original equipment and aftermarket solutions, industrial drives and control technology, power tools, security and communication systems, packaging technology, thermo technology, and household appliances.

6980 Creditview Road

Now 170,000 sqft, the original building of 85,000 sq.ft. with 28-foot clear heights was expanded in 2007 to accommodate the tenant.  Caldic Canada Inc. (formerly Nealanders) is a leading distributor and producer of food ingredients, providing a wide range of raw materials for the food and personal care market.
